Our manufacturing plant boasts an expansive facility equipped with the latest technologies and machinery. From CNC machining to automated assembly lines, we have invested in the best-in-class equipment to deliver products of exceptional quality.
IBR HEAVY FABRICATION
Our team of engineers, technicians, and fabricators are well-versed in IBR guidelines and possess extensive experience in the manufacturing of boilers. Their expertise ensures that every boiler we produce is of superior quality and adheres to safety norms.
Our fabrication capabilities extend to a variety of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel and alloys steels. Whether it’s heavy plate fabrication, structural fabrication, or pipe fabrication, we have the expertise to handle it all.
Boiler manufacturing involves the use of various specialized machinery and equipment to fabricate and assemble different components of the boiler. These machines are essential for ensuring precision, efficiency, and high-quality output in the boiler manufacturing process. Some of the key machinery used in boiler manufacturing includes:
- Plate Rolling Machine: This machine is used to roll steel plates into cylindrical shapes, forming the shell or drum of the boiler.
- CNC Cutting Machine: Computer Numerical Control (CNC) cutting machines are employed to precisely cut the boiler components from steel plates, ensuring accurate shapes and dimensions.
- Welding Machine: Welding machines, including MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welders, are used to join different parts of the boiler together. Welding ensures structural integrity and leak-free operations.
- SAW MACHINE
- Bending Machine: Bending machines are used to bend metal sheets to create various boiler components like tubes and pipes with different angles and curvatures.
- Tube Expanding Machine: This machine expands and secures tubes into tube sheets to form a secure connection in the boiler’s heat exchanger and tube bundles.
- Tube Cutting Machine: Tube cutting machines are used to cut boiler tubes to specific lengths accurately.
- Hydraulic Press: Hydraulic presses are used to perform various forming and shaping operations in boiler manufacturing, such as bending, embossing, and deep drawing.
- Drilling Machine: Drilling machines are used to create holes in metal components for fittings and assembly.
- Grinding Machine: Grinding machines are employed to smoothen and finish surfaces of boiler components, ensuring precise fits during assembly.
- Painting Booth: A painting booth is used to apply protective coatings and paint finishes to the boiler’s exterior, enhancing its durability and appearance.
- Tube Bending Machine: Tube bending machines are used to bend tubes to specific angles and configurations.
- Plasma/Oxyfuel Cutting Machine: cutting machines offer high precision for intricate cutting and shaping of metal components.
- NDE (Non-Destructive Examination) Equipment: NDE equipment, such as ultrasound and X-ray machines, is used to inspect and test welds and components for flaws and defects.
These machines, along with skilled operators and engineers, are instrumental in the efficient and accurate manufacturing of boilers that meet the required standards and safety regulations. Advanced machinery helps ensure the reliability and performance of boilers used in various industries for steam generation and hot water applications.
